Mr. Lonnie Smith

October 4, 1928 - November 7, 2021

A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021 at Village Chapel for Lonnie Smith, age 93, of Gadsden, who passed away Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021. Burial will follow at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Village Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Smith served in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his mother, Glennie Mae Smith; sisters, Dorothy Jones and Patsy Pitzer; brother, Herbert Smith. He is survived by his children, Kathy Hough, Joyce Wright, and Lonnie Gene Smith; sister, Jeralene Green and a host if nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
