Mrs. Linda Vargo Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Village Chapel for Linda Vargo, 62, of Gadsden, who died Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Rev. Chad Brown will officiate. Burial will follow at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Village Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Linda was such a great inspiration to others. She was a caring wife, loving mother, wonderful sister and dedicated daughter. She was so willing to share her life with others that you could only call her a friend. Although she may be gone, her life was a blessing and the beautiful memories that she left with her loved ones will forever be treasured. Linda was preceded in death by her father, Billy Wayne Jarrells; aunts, Mirtie Higdon, Betty Reed, and Clara Yarbough; grandparents, Viola and H.A. Nabors, N.C. Kiser; brother-in-law, Lewis Wilson; mother-in-law, Doris Fleming; and uncles, Jerry, Bobby, Cecil, and Stanley Kiser. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Phillip Vargo; daughter, Lora Anne Maxwell; sons, Michael Nelson and Jason Vargo; mother, Katie Bolding; sisters, Charlotte Wilson and Pamela Buttery; Aunt, Liddy Hubble; uncle, Harvey (Kathy) Kiser; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.
